Good facility that suited our family, rooms were spacious.

Good location, had what we needed. Even a shower that was not over a toilet!

Couldn’t get TV to work but to be fair didn’t go seek help.

Very good location. Staff are helpful. 5 minutes walk to Busan Station and many convenience stores.

Did not take the breakfast there

The Laundry room is messy. Floor at the inner washers & dryers are always wet. No equipment for cooking.

Good location, clean spacious room

No shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor was wet after showering. Only one large towel provided in a triple room (four smaller for hands though). I guess more would've been available from the reception if needed, but strange concept. The kitchen didn't have any equipment such as cups, plates or cutlery so all you could do in it was heat water. No one staying a few nights is gonna bother buying for example cups just to make tea, so what was the point of an empty kitchen?

A clean hotel with most of its staff are helpful and great location to move around the city with lots of eateries nearby

Near to lot of eateries and transportation, the room is clean and equipped with complimentary washing and drying facilities.

Not all staff is fluent in communicating in English. And one of the male staff seemed rather inpatient when serving his guest and don’t not put on a smile.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean with a sea view. The hotel is about 5 minute's walk from Busan Station and there are many grocery stores nearby. Felt safe to walk at night.

Behind the bed (hidden side) was dirty. Some facilities were on level 2 such as the microwave & washing machine, so a little inconvenience. While there were cooking facilities in the room but had to request the utensils from the reception desk with a deposit.

Good location. Good shower. Lovely shower gel! Spotlessly clean.

Surly receptionists....all of the ones (apart from one) I interacted with. It's not a cheap hotel but breakfast wasn't included, the room wasn't cleaned and there wasn't anywhere that I saw to get water. There was a kettle, but no mug or tea/coffee. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but unlike every other hotel I stayed in in Korea it wasn't free. And there wasn't a light switch near the bed or any bedside lighting. Silly little details, but overall they spoilt my enjoyment.

Very close to Busan station. I liked the fact that there was a separate bedroom (we were in a family room).

Whilst there was a kitchen, not having a microwave was a pain.

I wanted to rate a score of 10. But, there was a cold shower issue.

Great location, and is a clean and large room. Looks like a newly renovated. Reasonable price.

The shower water was cold and the staff advised us to adjust the temperature by the touch panel. However, there was no such panel. I waste almost 40 min or more in the middle of the night with a cold shower.
